According to the fellow who shared these photos on his timeline, the young man above was alleged to have stolen, but was caught by concerned citizens at Alapere area of Lagos today.

He was thoroughly beaten and thereafter stripped na.ked and forced to walk stark n.aked on the streets with his loot.
