Victor Osimhen In; Isaac Success Out Of Nigeria's U23 Squad

Nigeria U23 national team coach, Samson Siasia, has replaced injured Granada forward, Isaac Success with Golden Eaglets' Victor Osimhen ahead of the African U23 championship in Senegal.

Success, who was a member of the 2013 Eaglets team that won the 4th FIFA U17 title for Nigeria was initially called up by the Dream Team VI coach before being ruled out after picking up an injury in his side's win last weekend.

This late replacement may cost Nigeria to pay a fine to the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

Osimhen won the golden boot at the FIFA U17 World Cup in Chile after scoring 10 goals at the championship, and coach Samson Siasia has found him a better replacement for injured Success, and he will join Taiwo Awoniyi and Junior Ajayi in the attack of the sqaud.

Osimhen is reportedly a target of several top European clubs with his agent saying Arsenal have shown the most interest thus far.
